  • Oboreh Justina C. Ph.D. is a member of The Academy of Management Nigeria (TAMN), a Management Scholar at the Delta State University, Nigeria. Her area of interest is Administrative Management. She is a management exponent that strongly believes in qualitative and quantitative concepts of maximizing scarce resources to achieve optimal results. She is happily married to Professor Jacob Snapps Oboreh and blessed with children.
