  • Mr Henry Samuel Edosomwan is a dedicated scholar, educator, and professional in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. His research and professional interests span organisational behaviour, occupational health psychology, change management, health systems and policy, and environmental sustainability. He possesses strong expertise in quantitative research design, data analysis, and organisational development, and is deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring students in the application of psychological principles. Mr Edosomwan is a member of Psi Chi, the International Honour Society in Psychology. He is committed to advancing research and practice in applied psychology, fostering evidence-based strategies that promote workplace efficiency, employee well-being, and sustainable organisational development.
